SUMMARY
A brand BEYOND all rules
The most famous and Bollywood’s highest paid actress, Deepika Padukone decided to launch her own skincare and makeup brand for which the preliminary work began in 2021. Her team approached us and wanted us to design a brand system, tone of voice and website for her new beauty launch which would reflect her bold personality and stand out in the market. We decided on the name, BEYOND after numerous naming exercises and designed it as a product that actually went above and beyond the rules of design, content, layout and typography.
The tone of voice for this project was purposefully written as quirky, brazen and raw. It coaxed every person who used the brand to be unapologetically themselves. The brand we built had buckets of character that spilled over to the posters (key visuals) and eventually the homepage website design.
